We take the character and personality of our virtual instruments very seriously and collaborate with incredible session musicians and studio engineers to capture an emotional performance in our samples.

We build our software with Living Interfaces using 3D path-traced computer graphics and assembled using scans of the actual instruments we sample and the beautiful studios they call home.

It’s important to us at Rain to keep as much of our signal processing in the analog realm as possible. We make heavy use of tape and vintage recording gear to create VSTs that sound warm, vibrant, and alive.
